• The OKR screen is divided into two sections: Review OKR and My OKRs, enabling effective goal tracking and performance management.

➤ OKR Review :

• Displays the OKRs of reporting team members, allowing managers to monitor progress, track performance, and review goal completion status.

• The Review OKR section displays a month-wise list of assigned Key Results (KR) for reporting team members. Each KR includes associated Sub-Key Results (Sub-KR) for detailed tracking.

• Managers can review progress, provide feedback, and assign scores based on performance, ensuring structured evaluation and transparent goal assessment
